Nice recipe but never use Canola oil it is very inflamatory, bad for you. Use olive oil.

Oh no this is 2024 we don’t use highly processed inflammatory seed oils anymore ! And I would substitute that canola oil with avocado oil so heathy! I love homemade bread too 😊
